Payment Options

Ashlyn Computer Services accept payment in the following ways. Note that we will not ship unless cleared funds have been received or you have a valid credit account with us. Shipping is normally 1-3 days following cleared funds/order if credit account being received (or as quoted if we have to wait for parts to come in from a supplier).

Bank Transfer
We can provide you with our bank details on request and you can pay with a bank transfer. We bank with Barclays, so transfers from UK Barclay's accounts will be normally the same day, other UK banks will be approx 3 days and overseas banks will take a day or so longer.

If sending money from the Euro Zone, please send funds in Euros, not UK Pounds as this will save us the handling fees which can be significant. For conversion of Pounds to Euros and Euros to Pounds, we use www.xe.com.

Credit Card (AMEX not accepted)
We are charged 2.5% of the total price for each credit card transaction by the bank, so unfortunately we need to pass this on to our customers. We are happy to accept your payment with this method, providing you are happy for us to charge you the extra 2.5%.

Personal or Company Cheque
We accept personal or company cheques, depending on agreement, goods may be released before cheque is cleared.
